Customer & Vehicle Registration Form
To be completed at every Road Angel tracker installation. This form ensures the customer's account, contact details and vehicle records are correct from day one.
How this works: the fitter completes the vehicle and device details below, then hands this form (on a phone or tablet) to the customer to finish their section. Submitting the form sends it straight to Road Angel Sales at sales@roadangelgroup.com.
- Carry out your usual vehicle condition check (bodywork, interior, existing damage) and note any findings below.
- Complete the Vehicle Information and Tracking Device Information sections, including current mileage.
- Hand this form to the customer and ask them to complete the Customer Details section in full.
- Once fully completed, both fitter and customer sign at the end of the form, then submit.
After submission, the customer will be contacted to activate their account, set a security password and receive any further information required.
Example: "Rear windows tinted", "aftermarket alloy wheels", "sunroof fitted", "tow bar fitted", "existing scratch to rear bumper", etc. This helps positively identify the vehicle if plates or wraps are altered.
