How to complain to Road Angel

1. Please call 0330 320 3030 our team is available Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:30. A member of staff will take details of your complaint and aim to resolve this on the call.

2. If the agent cannot solve your complaint on the phone call the details will be sent to a manager who will aim to respond in 48 hours

3. Alternatively, you can email support@roadangelgroup.com and a manager will aim to respond within 48 hours.

4. If you are not happy with the resolution from one of our managers, you can send your complaint to higher management. They are contactable at; Road Angel Complaints, Unit 3, Rani Drive, Nottingham. NG5 1RF.

5. Please note directors are not here to speak on the phone or respond to emails regarding complaints. They will be forwarded to department managers. All management are trained to handle complaints to the highest standard and will always strive to find you a resolution.

Resolving a complaint

We'll always work hard to find a solution that works for you. And we'll let you know as soon as we think we have a resolution.

How long it takes to find a resolution depends on what your complaint was about and how you contacted us. If you contacted us by phone, we'll try our best to resolve your issue on the call. If you contacted us by web chat, we'll try to get everything sorted during the session. Web forms and mail complaints will take a little longer, but however you contact us we'll strive to find a resolution within 28 days.

Delivery Information 

Road Angel has a massive distribution centre spanning over 56,000 Sq. foot with every brand under its roof, with that in mind we aim to process orders in lightning speed.  

Using the very latest SAP and fulfilment systems, we can process your order within minutes of receiving it and forward it direct to our distribution centre. Using the latest warehouse technologies and logistic techniques ensures that your order is delivered complete and fast. 

We have sampled most courier services in the UK. We have found DPD to be the best delivery services to use. They both have over 99% success rate on delivery for Road Angel. 

What are the delivery charges? 

Delivery charges are very simple. ITS FREE to UK mainland. (For orders over £50). We offer express delivery services as well (see Other Delivery Options available for UK Mainland) 

Please note, you will have to pay taxes when importing goods into your country. This is normally your local VAT rate and a small handling charge. This cost is collected from you by the courier upon delivery into your country.

What are the types of delivery and the dispatch times? 

  • Normal delivery times are 3-5 working days.
  • Special delivery service, such as Next Working Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery are available.
  • Orders placed before 3PM with our Standard Delivery will be shipped the same day.
  • Orders with standard delivery selected placed after 3PM will be shipped the next working day.
  • The cut off point for Saturday/next working day/AM delivery is 4.00PM Monday to Friday.

Who can sign for delivery? 

Where a signature is required, someone at the delivery address with authority to receive the product is required to sign for the delivery.
