What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are very simple. ITS FREE to UK mainland. (For orders over £50). We offer express delivery services as well (see Other Delivery Options available for UK Mainland)
Please note, you will have to pay taxes when importing goods into your country. This is normally your local VAT rate and a small handling charge. This cost is collected from you by the courier upon delivery into your country.

What are the types of delivery and the dispatch times?
- Normal delivery times are 3-5 working days.
- Special delivery service, such as Next Working Day Delivery and Saturday Delivery are available.
- Orders placed before 3PM with our Standard Delivery will be shipped the same day.
- Orders with standard delivery selected placed after 3PM will be shipped the next working day.
- The cut off point for Saturday/next working day/AM delivery is 4.00PM Monday to Friday.

For the latest updates on your order please follow the tracking link on the dispatch email we have sent. Please do not call, the phone support team will not be able to help you chase your order.
What happens if I am not in?
Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery. We strongly advise against leaving parcels in safe places. This is a service we cannot provide.
