The Halo Vision 3 is designed to clip over a standard vehicle rear view mirror using adjustable straps. It fits most standard passenger car mirrors. Mirrors with rain sensors, auto-dimming functions, or integrated electronics are more complex to fit around. When you select reverse gear, the 10-inch display automatically switches to the rear camera feed with parking guidelines overlaid. The guidelines show distance bands from the rear of the vehicle to help judge proximity when reversing. The system connects via the reverse gear signal wire and does not require a separate reversing camera.

Yes. Parking mode requires a continuous low-voltage feed. The hardwiring kit connects to the fuse box and powers the camera in standby. Both cameras are active in G-sensor mode. A battery voltage cut-off prevents drain. The 12V socket cable stops powering the camera when the ignition turns off.

At 4K with H.265 compression, a 64GB card stores approximately and up to 4 to 5 hours of continuous loop recording. The camera overwrites the oldest footage automatically when the card is full.
