First off, the battery itself is a bit of a beast—in a good way! It charges impressively fast, so no complaints there. However, trying to figure out how to install it across your different dash cam models felt a bit like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube in the dark. Not every buyer is a dash cam professional, a few more specific instructions for the different products would go a long way! Also, a heads-up for future buyers: it didn't actually come with the cable needed to connect to my Halo Pro. I eventually managed to get the parking mode working, but only after I went back into my wallet to buy the separate hardwire kit. It would have been nice to know that from the start! Lastly, I did try to reach out to your Sales team via email to clarify some of this, but it seems my messages went into a black hole because I never got a reply. The battery might be quick to charge, but a quick response from the team would be even better! ;)
