We've rolled all plans into one. Now every subscription includes all features at a single price. Whether you need basic alerts or full support, it's all covered with no extra cost and exclusively for your Pure and Pure One devices.
What the subscription covers
Speed camera enforcement changes constantly. Mobile vans move daily. Average-speed zones expand. New camera types come into service.
A database from six months ago has gaps that will catch you out. The subscription funds a nationwide team of dedicated spotters who continuously drive on UK roads while helping our Mapping team keep the data your device runs on up to date. It also keeps your firmware up to date and your device connected. What you paid for on day one works the same on day one thousand.
Cancel at any time*. Your device keeps working, but live data, firmware updates and extended warranty cover stop.
The Road Angel Pure, Pure One, and Pure Touch*. Halo dashcam products are standalone devices with no subscription requirement.
*Please check individual product specifications as features may vary per product spec
Your device will lose all access to live data updates, over-the-air firmware updates, and extended warranty coverage will all stop. You will lose access to all camera and road speed library information.
No. Road Angel Pure(s) uses in-built GPS in real time to deliver accurate alerts based on your location and maintain the device. Your location data is not stored or transmitted.
Fixed, average-speed, variable, red-light, dual-sensor, Speed-on-green, AI Speed Cameras, mobile enforcement vans and live speed traps. Smart motorway variable speed limits are covered via a direct connection to Highways England.
The database is updated continuously. A dedicated team of Road Angel spotters drives UK roads, reporting changes to our mapping team to keep our maps up to date. Road Angel describes the result as 'as close to real time as possible', which is the accurate description of a human-operated system rather than an automated one.
No. Road Angel Pure, Pure Touch & Pure One devices use a UK database and UK live data services. They do not provide speed camera coverage in EU countries.
Extended cover for manufacturing faults, active for as long as your subscription is. Cancel, and the extended cover stops; your product reverts to the standard limited warranty. It is not an insurance policy.
Yes. You can move your Pure, Pure Touch or Pure One device into any compatible vehicle to protect the driver.
Your device has a built-in SIM. While your subscription is active, it automatically receives firmware updates over that connection. No cables, no manual steps, an active subscription and network connectivity are all it needs. Larger update on Pure may require PC or MAC.
